its a bit difficult to get an answer from petrol companies, but after some discussion with Shell, their opinion is that their 'lead replacement' petrol in [b]unsuitable[b/] for use with O2 sensors and cats. given their cagey response, it's hard to tell if that means it's okay or not, but i would err on the side of caution if they don't know or won't say.
altho lead replacement does not have lead, it does have other metal containing additives (i can't remember what they are atm :/ ) which will also foul O2's and cats..
