Yep, it's easy.
1. if you're not mechanically minded, don't try it! Take it to a workshop and have them do it!
2. if you don't have a good tool set, jack, axle stands, and a few mates, don't try it!
3. if you don't have a hoist or a pit, I advise you not to try it!

4. disconnect battery, jack up car and support front with axle stands.
5. drain oil from gearbox (cos you will spill it everywhere!), remove tailshaft, speedo cable, shifter, starter motor, clutch slave cylinder and reverse light wires.
6. remove bellhousing bolts except the top two for safety, and the gearbox crossmember and gearbox mount, once the gearbox is supported by a jack where it won't fall off under movement.
7. move the box out and down from the back of the engine, and slide it away from the car once free of motor.
8.remove the six bolts holding the clutch to the flywheel, but don't remove them one by one - rather loosen all first then remove them to avoid breaking bolts in the flywheel.
9. once the clutch is out, check the flywheel, and reface it if necessary (probably will be), and reinstall.
10. loose mount the clutch up, as you will need to position it before tightening up. You can buy clutch aligning tools, or use sight if you don't have one - the centre of the clutch should be centred to the flywheel.
11.tighten the bolts up in the same order and fashion you took them off in.
12. remove the throwout bearing from the fork and press a new bearing on (you'll need a bearing press for this too!).
13. reinstall in the opposing order of removal, and don't forget to fill the box up with oil, or you'll be doing it all again in a short space of time!!!
