I have the same problem: I have a factory 4AG AE86 air box, and it bolts in now worries but sits exactly where the 4AC washer/overflow bottle combo is.
I hear, but havn't searched, that the overflow botle off a Cappela bolts and looks like the factory 4ag AE86 one. (ie to driver strut housing). For the water bottle: I'm not sure what to do. 1 is to mount one low down under/near the battery as heigh is not an issue (there are to pumps: one on bottle, one near outlet to bonnet). Other option is to use an AE82 type overflow that mounts next to the battery.
If you work it out: post it or I will. All I know is that when mine is cheaked for road worthy-ness, I am borrowing a friend factory bottles
The thing to be carefull of is that the overflow cannot be lower than the radiator outlet, or it may siphon(sic) off the radiator fluid.
