d'you reckon a power steering pump would be okay for a tranny cooler pump? it's about the only thing i can think of that is suited to such a small pump requirement.

An automatic transmission contains a big frigging oil pump as it is. All you need to do is remove the existing transmission oil lines which go to the radiator, and re-route them to the biggest trans cooler you can fit in your car.
As for your "seamless shift kit", you'll find this isn't such a good idea for high power applications. Smooth gearshifts are acheived by slipping the clutches heaps on each gearchange, which leads to more heat due to friction, faster clutch wear, and a shorter lifespan for your box. A box built for high power typically has fast, harsh shifts to minimise slippage.
