18rgeu questions and lots of them

I have recently purchased an 18rgu with efi gear on it making it an 18rgeu. First question is can anyone say where i can get a head gasket besides paying $60 from toyota and waiting 2-4 weeks for one from japan and are the 18rgu and 18rgeu head gaskets different. Next is how do i tell what injecters i have and if they are standard whats the best higher flowing ones to put it as im doing a turbo or supercharger conversion which leads me to my next question. Turbo or supercharger will a supercharger fit and run alright and whats the best one to use, and what engines are they one. Next is if the head is gone on the engine and it has been driven for a while before the problem was pin pointed to head, could it have damaged it and is it possible to tell before i put the engine in.
