The 10 does run drum front but this is easily replaced with the KE30 front setup which runs discs. Conversions between 10 and 30 (and onwards 35, 55 etc) are all easy if not bolt ons. The KE20s run a mazda stud pattern rather than the 4 x 100 of the other corollas. The 20s suspension components are also different to the other corollas, making parts a lot harder to find. The 20s can also be harder to work with because of this. My advice would be either start looking at 30s onwards or stick with the 10 idea and change the front to run a 30 setup. As i said previously Ii may be able to help out with a KE10 depending on condition you will accept. I can also definitely help out with KE30 running gear to do the conversion. Or i have a whole 4 door 30 for sale [Report message to a moderator]
