as Clint said, it's all about how nice you are.
i personally think that they are about the same strength, and both will die when you treat them badly...
i have heard of ppl with 4AG's with both types of diff with no problems, but then again, i know of a few ppl who have bog stock 3K's and they continually break diffs and axles... all depends on how you use it..
personally, i wou;d not bother changing. the Jap centres are very easy to change compared to the whole BW axle, and it all comes down to your usage.
Clint, so you think the BW is actually much better than the jap diff??
