having had both behind a ke30. BW wins hands down everytime. they tend to make more whining noises when on the way out while the banjo's seem to give no warning. bigger drums are an advantage aswell. they seem to be more common. banjos were only available on the imported japenese ke30s i believe. with early diffs like ke30/55 its just as easy to change the whole diff (drum to drum) then change the centre. we just mean you will have to bleed the brakes. my last diff lasted over 8 months on my ke30 before breaking. treat it with respect and it should last
