Toby,
You offered for sale, 100kw 4AGE rods and pistons - 6 rods and 4 pistons. I ageed to purchase them from you in good faith.
I have now gotten around to opening them.
You have sent me 4 x 3SGE rods, and 2 x 86kW 4AGE Rods.
The pistons are all 86kW 4AGE.
I had sent you the money in good faith prior to you shipping them.
You have not delivered the goods as described.
You have either:
1. Falsely misrepresented what you had for sale on this Forum and hence received goods by deception.
2. Did not know what you had or could not identify what you had for sale.
3. Mistakenly sent the wrong parts
I sincerely hope that you have not puposely set out to decieve as most people who post for sale and/or purchase on these forums rely on the honesty and integrity of the seller/buyer.
Toby, I request that you resolve my concerns as I have not received what you promised to deliver.
You have either ignored my personal emails or have not received them.
Either way, I was attempting to keep this between you and I so that a satisfactory settlement could be achieved.
Given your response, I have no option but to share my dissatisfaction with the www.
I hope this does not tarnish your reputation on these pages, but I am, at present, a dissatisfied customer of yours.
