when you post a message/reply to one theres a bar below all the smiley faces click this one http://forums.toymods.org.au/theme/default/images/b_image.gif and put in the address for the pic.

You get the addres from the pic by right clicking on the picture and go to properties copy & paste

bobs your uncle you have a picture
