remember the part where i said to name the store you went to?
nobody has.
if you do i might be able to get the fitter sacked. nobody wants dodgy people working for them or on their car.
when i do an alarm i hook up all the features... unless there is a problem with the car that would stop me from doing so, in which case i would tell the customer about it and recomend they see an auto elec. then if they were to come back i would hook it up...
no matter where you go if there is something broken on your car when you get it back that wasnt broken when you droped it off that place is responsible to fix it.
i know sales people can be pushy and that shits me to... theres nothing worse than feeling obliged to buy something you dont want.
as for the custom work, not all strathfield stores have custom fitters... if you were specific enough with your request and they didnt carry out your instructions why did you pay? you should have said " this is not what i asked for".
you definatly should not have been forced to pay more to get it fixed. no matter what the problem was.
and the power window plug is a easy mistake to make... i must admit i've forgotten it once or twice!  but its easy to see why it was an inconvenience for you.
i know most of the fitters at the concord store and yes they are good... they have to be coz thats the head office!
john the custom fitter is one of the best.
that story about lifestyles to an extent is wrong.
i dont know about the dick smith bit but the bit about the owner of lifestyles being the old owner of strathfield is wrong.
yes he worked for strathfield but he didnt own it...
almost all of the sales team down at the parra lifestyle store are ex "stratties" workers.
