help wanted with mag wheel offfset

I just recently bought a ra23 and discovered a problem when i bought it home. I had a closer look at the mag wheels that are on it and found out that they had ben packed out with about eight washers  . So i was wondering if there is a offset kit you can buy so the mags will fit or am i able to buy longer studs and just make a packer out of a hunk of steel. Its really peed me off, so if anyone could help with some info that would be great.
