since you're getting an error with the oxygen sensor, I suggest you should check it first, take the sensor out and see if it's worn (is the top part of the sensor worn with holes or crack etc.) if not, clean the sensor with steel wool, clear the ECU memory and drive a few hours and see what other errors is left in the ECU..
