they aren't using Relays. So the power is going from the battery to the switch to the lights. If you put a relay in it will improve the power sent to the lights. It can be a pricey installation. But it will get more power to the globes. All new cars use Relays. ie: the switch in the car simply tells the realy to send power to the lights. Instead of the switch sending the power to the lights.
