IMHO means 'In My Honest Opinion'
3sgte's are also available in newer form than the 1g's, which means they're pricier but are also alot less likely to have high k's on them.
They are probably easier to find these days as well, plus I think a 3sgte will be more friendly when it comes to the weight distribution of the ae86 but thats just based on the fact that its an in-line 4 vs an in-line 6.
