Depends if you are using a desktop or a laptop.
If desktop, there is a "cmos clear" jumper on your motherboard. Just switch that over to the "clear cmos" position, start up your computer and depending on the model/make, either wait for it to start beeping at you, turn it off put the jumper back in the normal position and start it up agian, or go into the bios and swithc it back to normal position.
