on the thermostat housing (on top of the gearbox), there is a couple of plugs, there is one, which is the thermatic switch, and if it earths out, ie. craps itself... the fans will be on 24/7 with the ignition on.
it's the one with only one wire going into it, which from memory is the brown one. it's also around the $90 mark from toyota....
