good luck in engineering a 13B let alone a turbo version.
my engineer only just swung the 12A, its all to with power to weight ratios. standard, the ke25 weighs 780kg but after the conversion it weighed in at 860kg, just allowing for engineers.
some engineers will bend for cash but you are just asking for trouble if you ever have to go through the pits....muv
