is the fluid disappearing from the resivoir?, if so like norbie says sounds like the master cylinder, when this was leaky on my sprinter, it leaked into the car, leaving a nice pool of clutch fluid on the floor of the drivers seat, i had issues for weeks before i realised it was leaking into the car.
