i think you'll have to go thru blue-slip-pain when changing the rego over from qld to nsw - its not like changing owner of a nsw registered car.
if the car is being sold in qld with rego then it's manditory to have a safety inspection certificate. but i'm not sure if that certificate would satisfy a blue-slip inspection.
