you'll need a whole front cut, with uncut loom & ecu
will need the dump pipes off your turbos altered.
the IC piping should all fit in nicely (from the half cut).
the bellhousing will not be as cheap as you may imagine, but if you get the half cut (which you'll need for the intercooler etc) then you'll have the 1jz gbox.
doing everything yourself, and shopping around for decent prices, $4000 would be fairly close.
so after all that, you'll be able to sell your 7m, sell your IC and piping, sell your gbox, sell the ecu
