Flashing light is not caused by too little gas as this will trip the low pressure switch and the A/C will not work at all ( No Lights anywhere)

Thats weird man cause I did an engine swap recently so i had to disconnect the a/c system, I haven't bothered to get it regassed yet, but the light turns on the controls.
The reason I thought it was low gas, was cause mine has flashed for a little while now and when I pulled the lines off, not much gas came out of the system.
