Alternator was replaced and drive belts replaced also. No more scraping noises... The psst psst is still there and if left to idle, the car's idle rate will change with the psst psst. It appears to be coming from around the fuel pump area around the back of the head... I don't think I can be bothered finding it [Report message to a moderator]
