here is a quick pic of what a 4age alternator plug looks like, and what each terminal does, not including the big batt+ wire.

According to my Toyota wiring diagram, the SWITCH wire splices into the BATT+ wire.

the IGNITION wire goes through a 10A fuse, and gets fed power when the ignition is switched on.

the LIGHT wire goes through a 7.5A fuse, and then to the charge light.
