Hey guys, Thanks for your concern. Now ill explain what happened: It was about 6.00pm when it happened, had been on the road all day and had worked 2hrs overtime (delivery driver) and was on the way home. All day i had been driving works shit box diesel ute, so getting in the sprinter was like going from the 4ac to 7mgte. Anyway there is a slight bend in the road, i slightly applied the brakes but the car just started to slide straight towardsa a tree, i then proceeded to dump the accelerator to get the ass end to slide around but it came just back just a little to far, so then i tried to correct it, but wheels were just spinning and the car was picking up speed as it was downhill, i kicked the arse back around and it hung out again and looked like going over a 10m drop so i ripped the handbrake up to spin it around and slammed it into a clay embankment on other side of road doing the damage that you see. I predict i hit the emankment at around 80-90kms so i was very lucky to walk out unharmed. At closer inspection of the car, the tyres were fairly low on tread which i think is what caused the car to just slide straight in the beginning. The car was insured but i dont think i will claim as my insurance company wont be happy considering my supra is still being negotiated with them lol. I havnt lost the sprinter bug, im deciding whether or not to buy another in the next few weeks, or wait till i finish my supra and then purchase one. Only time will tell but yeah, i thought if i was ever gonna hurt my car it would be in another drift accident but oh well, a lesson learnt i suppose, luckily it was on a deserted road or it may have become far worse Thanks Sly, it was one of the better looking stockers i have seen, even if the paint was shithouse [Report message to a moderator]
