i have already started replaceing mine with Britax switches.
as for the cog, i have thought many times to buy a few from twosrus, just not too sure how much shipping would be.?
the last cog i made myself, toyota wanted $495 for the lot and wouldnt sell the cog seperately.
but the plastic has stripped again, i might have to buy the 'twosrus' cogs i think.
