if you just want to change the globes, the little green condoms come off and you can replace them with blue ones, autometer makes them but there a bit expensive for tiny bits of rubber, i put them in my ae86, and it looks ok, but the blue is a bit washed out.
or if you cheap, the newer shape magnas came with the bulbs with the condoms on them already go to the wreckers and rip out a couple it will all fit up nicely.
lastly, most rice markets, sell 'blue interior lights' which is basically the same as the dash bulb but its blue and might be rated higher, i would of tried these but they were expensive at the time.
and lastly again, the golfs have a really nice blue if you can find one of them at the wreckers but i dunno if they use coloured bulbs, vacum flourencent stuff or possibly EL plate, have to look into it
