well, in that case if you make the radius of the throttle bit on the carby/TB smaller, you will have more throttle throw for the same pedal throw?
i had the opposite problem on my car. the weber i put on had a 25mm throttle thingy, whereas the original one was 40mm long. this gave shit pedal feel and made the pedal quite hard..
i welded up an old one to fit the weber to give it 40mm radius and it's now golden...
unless of course you have more space for pedal travel.. (i don't as i bearly have enough space for feet in the KE15 )
i reckon get the pedal feeling right, in terms of positioning and amount of throw, and then modify the throttle bit to match the pedal throw...
