aiight well thanks for all the help guyz ... i have tried a few of the suggestions ... so far this is the result ...

* thermo stat replaced with brand new
* radiator cap replaced with brand new
* head gasket test showed that the first cylinder showed very very low compression of 75 psi and the other 3 showed around 160 ...

so i am guessing i have blown a the head gasket but i have checked my radiator and no bubbles of oil or air has come out ... and also the water in my radiator doesnt look like itz flowing when i started the engine ... my friend showed me his water in his radiator when he turned it on and it was moving around like a current ... mine just sits der and doesnt really get hot so i am also guessing that ither my water pump is not functioning or my radiator blocked and that the water doesnt circulate around the engine ... i am going to flush it down tomorrow and hope for the best ...

thanks again for all the help on narrowing this problem down for me ... cheers ...
