If that's the best question you can come up with, go do some more real research on your own first, then come back with some real questions.
AE82 is older, lighter, cheaper.
AE92 is newer, has some bugs ironed out.
Both will handle well and are good for conversions. New parts are easy for both. 2nd hand parts are easier for the ae82 because of it's age.
Get the highest model available:
AE82: twincam (4AGE)
AE92: SX (4AGE)
This will mean you'll have to upgrade less (better brakes, suspension, interior, engine)
