The rolling diameters of the 175x75x13 and 195x50x16 tyres are less than 2% different so the issue must be rim diameter. (The 205x45x16 is an almost perfect match.) If I recall correctly, in NSW you can only legally go to a rim 1" bigger than the largest rim that was fitted to the car as standard and a track 1" wider than standard. This is why a lot of people keep a set of stockies just in case they need them for rego. So you need to check the rules with your Qld traffic authority - they should have a website you can go to.
