stu, easy, go to an exhaust shop - get a piece of 2" pipe and get them to "expand" one end of it for you - they put an oversized fitting in one end normally and it "flares" or "opens up" the section larger. done using hydraulics - is very good.
otherwise you can get that silicone tubing stuff - i know they make bits that go from the turbo outlet side to like larger OD intercooler pipe (meridian motorsport have them) - maybe give em a call?
