yes, in the manual, there should be a tolerance for total lateral mvt of the stem when the valve is at full lift.
alternatively, take it to any machinist, and they can measure the internal valve guide dia with a ball gauge, and check it against wear of the vlave stem - yielding total clearance specs.
fwiw: the toyota guide material is VERY durable, and the allowable tolerance limits are very forgiving. only after maojr trauma or milions of miles should they be so far outta spec that they need replacing.
my 7m, for eg, was within FACTORY tolerances at 220000km, let alone any wear limit. my head builder also said pretty much the same.
