If you already have the thermostat out, maybe you should try the TRD one. Im sure Toyota make the engine run at that temp for a reason, then again TRD are an arm of toyota, so if the cooler one is genuine maybe there is no problem with running it. Perhaps you need to look at getting more air through that radiator. Can you make a shroud and fit 2 fans on?

I have been limited for space aswell, thats why i had to go a small alloy and thermofan. Luckily I have the extra height to fit the 16", mind you it's a perfect fit, the shroud touches the end tanks Very Happy
