if u are definately gonna do mods, then do the cams, u dont have to pull the head off {$200 savings on VRS}, get some lumpy cams ground {research this first}, then do clearances ect and then tune cause if u tune first then you'll just waste cash on a 2nd tune, that'll set u back about $700-$800 depending on where u go, less if u do the work yourself
