Um, I seem to remember the sprinter one was similar/the same. I went through the dellow experience, & the one I eventually made them give me was exactly the same dimensions as the old sprinter one (in length & I'm 99% sure in ID).
Only difference of course was the mating points for the dellow clutch fork which you had to use, so buying both of them added a nice $130 or so on top of the price of the bellhousing, but anyway.....

EDIT: Infact I could measure up a sprinter one if you needed, I've still got one stashed away somewhere. I wouldn't be suprised if a W50 was similar too, I read somewhere that "all" toyota RWD boxes have the same length bellhousings/input shaft, & I know the T50 & W55 do, so the shaft the hub slides on would be the same length, & then so would the hubs. Only thing to check is the ID.
