i dont know whether or not this was actually mentioned...
it has to be fitted by not only a toyota mechanic, but at a dealership to qualify to keep factory warranty.
that is to say -
i personally am a toyota mechanic (Peter Davey Toyota, Adelaide - free plug), but if i were to fit one of these to a current model corolla, and i did it at home, or another workshop, then the warranty would be voided.
the warranty is still retained, ONLY if it is fitted by a toyota dealership.
that said...that's only engine warranty...if your stereo trim is sagging near the vents, like most do...that would still be covered. get what i'm saying??

not only that...but you can get a brand new Sportivo now for 30k, so why would you bother...unless you already have a lower-spec model...
not wanting to put a damper on your project, i mean, if you were over here, i'd be the first to stick my hand up...
