Yep standard 1/4" will do the job, however you will have to consider the fact they will be on the wrong side of the engine bay, and will need step down and up's for the efi line connections (efi is 5/16"). While changing the lines for the minscule 1/16" is going to some type of extreme, it also allows you to route the line to better suit the fuel rail, and avoid the step downs/ups that should be used to do the job prorerly.

Bundy tube is readily available from hose and tube supply shops, will only cost around $25 for a six metre length, and can be bent to any shape you want using a tube bender to avoid crimping the tube (this causes restriction problems, and will wear over time, internally). While you are buying the length, get the shop to flare both ends, you'll use one end, but will need to cut the line to suit on the other end. When you have the length cut to suit remove it and take it back to have the other end flared, and get the remaining end on the spare done too, you can use the off cut for surge tanks, or keep it as a handy spare length.

All in all, overkill for your application, but results in a cleaner effect.
