QLD Registered: August 2002	Re: tough 3sgte parts (arias. eagle .arp) new Fri, 05 December 2003 03:20 well thats a nice change of tone.reason i didnt give cr is i dont have a head gasket for the kit and other factors that would effect cr .what you dont under stand is that this is a standard stoke motor just the clearance or alloy/steel rods to head is different.who said the gear is second hand the boxes are still sealed.thought it would be more appropiate to state the facts not a guess as all gear is not cheap parts.even to date i will not give my oppinion on cr ill leave that to the pro builders,im not a salesman just someone whos got new parts for sale if someone wants an engine of this caliber im sure any serious buyer would look into this not get pressured into a sale.any engine builder could sort out the finer details. As for changes in my car details well things dont always go to plan.when you own (with out banks)a 1988 porsche 911 then fit a 3.6 varioram (25k s/hand)motor to it plus other mods you tell me if you can also keep a gt4 also a vs ute in the garage .sorry mate something has to give.and since you like progress!the old motor sold to newcastle, turbo to brisbane, orig motor has been prep ready but due to time wont finish.but a 3sgte purchased from sydney with orig turbo is going back into it.other mods will remain ie paint,haltech,wheels.ive even bought spare g/boxes (off cool1)bla bla. well you can go in the corner if you like and keep your money in your pocket but tell you what!dont think thats gonna get you far in the performance world.hope you come out one day and spend money like the rest of us searchin for power or just fullfillin dreams.who knows may even get enough cash again saved and keep all my toys and finish celica of.gotta love freedom of will.thanks for your concern clg for the rest of us interstested back to the point.spectral yes i will seperate the arp gear and yes they are BRAND NEW NEVER OPENED.
