It's all pretty simple there are five bolts that hold on the carbies, undo, pull off and throw carbies as far as you can, slip on EFI plenum intake do up bolts (insert gasket as well) Smile
I knew little of engine mechanics as well up until recently but the RA and 18r's are pretty simple the hardest part will be the wiring of the loom this takes time and a little knowledge to get running but once done properly they are a reliable engine for daily driving.
I've changed my 18r from efi to carbie and back a few times now.
Everyone has to start somwhere.
