They are very different options.. If you're referring to a garrett GT30 (external gate, smallest option 0.63 exhaust a/r) then dont expect 15psi boost before 5000rpm. If you are talking about a HKS GT25/30, then expect similar boost response to a local 200SX T28, ie: full boost by around 3500rpm.
