Try to use tiff's if possible as there is no loss due to compression as there is with jpegs. had to work out the same deal with mine, high quality and super high are the same res but different compression rates.

So THATS the difference, the level of compression, aaaahhhhh, that makes soooo much more sense (I speaks goods engrish)
