i have a 1ggte with a microtech mtx8 and am getting less power than people with the same mods as me but running the standard comp, and yes it has been tuned by a very reputable microtech tuner, and yes this is on the same dyno on the same day.
so if you think you can tune my car with a shit load more power and better economy as you say you can, id be more than happy to pay for your tuning expertise.
so untill someone proves me wrong (as ive never seen or heard of anyone running microtech on their 1g) i cant recommend them, as ive had problems tuning mine, dont get me wrong as i know there worth their weight in gold running behind rotarys, as the magority of rotary owners are using them and the times and figires speak for themselves, as for 1gs im not convinced, and if i dont get anywhere near the power i should with my new engine setup i will be changing ecus to one i know ill get the sort of power i should be getting.
