It was run by a single guy in Portugal, who put a lot of effort into it. Eventually the ad revenue dropped down to basically nothing, but the bandwidth kept growing. We all offered money, and offered to organise Tshirts etc to raise funds but he declined, and got busy with work etc. Finally he accepted payments to a Paypal account, and received over $1200usd in the first month. This just met his costs for the month, but then further donations tapered off. Then 1 day, the site was no more. He still has debts of about $2000- from what I heard last. Now this sounds all doom and gloom, and the circumstances are a bit different here. I also appreciate what a good site this is, and feel confident it won't go the same way . Keep us informed !
