i know with my motor, i have too much blowby. and when the cap is on, there is a slow, but steady, stream of air..
when you first take the cap off, it seems like a ruch of air, but it is actually just, sortve', air vibrations coming from the filler neck... so although you feel the air pulstaing, there's not much actually coming out..
if there is heaps of air coming out, then there is probably too much blowby... hmmmm
