A decent 3" exhaust (including dump pipe, not just a cat-back) and a bleed valve will get your car into the high 13's, which is plenty quick for a street car. The next thing I'd do is get rid of the piss-poor factory intercooler and replace it with something decent. Beyond that, a high-flow CT26 and the aforementioned Lexus AFM upgrade sounds like a good idea, and by then you should be doing 12's. As the current owner of a 12 second car I can tell you you'll be faster than practically everything on the street!

Of course you should re-torque the head on that 7M before you do any of this, if you haven't done so already. I'd also upgrade the headgasket before high-flowing the turbo, just to be safe.
