Toyota would recommend that you replace them Smile Rolling Eyes

I bought a new set for my 4AGTE from toyota for around $90 a set, then had my head gasket fail after 5 minutes of idling (copper gasket, no o-rings) so the head had to come back off. I replaced the gasket with a factory graphite one, and re-used the bolts, which may not have been the best option, but they have withstood 17-20psi regularly without any head gasket problems. I certainly wouldn't want to torque them down more than twice without replacement though.
