What's your fuel setup like now? If you're running a 2T-GEU you'd have an electric pump installed already, I'd guess. Your current fuel pump, if selected with your stock 2T-GEU's fuelling requirements in mind, may not support the fuel supply demands of your 2T-GZEU conversion with larger injectors, etc. The Bosch pump on offer should be more adequate.
What is on offer is a surge tank with a low-pressure feeder pump and a high-pressure Bosch pump which draws from the surge tank to feed the fuel rail. The point of a surge tank is to eliminate fuel 'surge' issues or fuel pressure drop which occurs when the in-tank fuel pickup is compromised under heavy acceleration/braking/cornering by creating a fuel buffer between your in-tank pickup and your fuel rail.
In a carburetted engine the carburettor fuel bowls act as a form of 'buffering' surge protection whereas in an EFI setup a constant supply of fuel is more important as this fuel bowl buffer does not exist and fuel pressure drop will result in lean out and potential engine damage.
If your setup right now includes only an electric fuel pump without a surge tank installed in the line, this setup would be beneficial for your conversion plans. Your current fuel pump, if selected with your stock 2T-GEU's fuelling requirements in mind, may not support the fuel supply demands of your 2T-GZEU conversion with larger injectors, etc.
