What is the name of this gasket? Where do I get a replacement one, how much will it cost? Is it hard to do myself?

happened to me once, forgot to replace one of the plug leads, so one of the cylinders wasnt firing and the hot exhaust manifold was cooking the unburnt fuel = white smoke.

Wouldn't i notice a lack of power in the car? It still feels normal...
