jza70-mel Regular I supported Toymods Location: Perth WA Registered: May 2002	Re: 1JZ max power Sun, 04 August 2002 10:09 Injectors are the 380-390cc size I run 0.9 bar boost and get 193rwkw (at Tilbrooks)through the auto trans. Stock turbos, K&N pod,stock intercooler, Apexi S-AFC, 3 inch exhaust from dump pipe (with 2 resonators and a muffler), high flow cat. I have'nt heard of any turbo delaminations, but I'm not keen to be the first. I think that with standard intercooling, it's not worth pushing much higher boost as inlet temps rise rapidly anyway. Instead of modifying 2 turbos ($$$$ you may get more gains per $ with a big single. Of course you will have to shell out for intercooler/ injectors/ fuel pump / computer /insurance /clutch / brakes all at once if you get the big turbo. Its becoming difficult to do anymore cheap things - the only remaining affordable performance mods I can do would be those huge MUGEN stickers, and to send the wheels for chrome dipping.
